Internship
Programs
Internship Programs are available in Maintenance, Enhancement and Tree and Lawn Departments
As an intern your duties will vary by department but will include the following duties:
- Work with an Area Manager to learn his/her role within the company
- Learn
safety procedures and the proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Follow
and enforce all company policies and procedures
- Learn how to complete paperwork (time sheets, job reports, purchase orders and extra work orders)
- Learn how to work within budgeted hours allocated per job
- Produce quality work with attention to detail
- Always assure client
satisfaction and learn how to speak to clients while on client sites
- Perform
other miscellaneous duties as assigned (i.e. special projects)
If
necessary, assisted housing may be available.
